Before your first appointment, be sure to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to complete it beforehand or need assistance, please arrive several minutes before your appointment so that we can assist you.
As new patients, during your first visit, we will review your medical history and any previous treatments before discussing your goals of treatment. Afterward, we will conduct a physical examination and identify the best treatment options based on your skin type, health history, and aesthetic goals.

Forms & Preparation
To make your visit as smooth as possible, please complete any required forms before arrival. If you’re considering injectables, microneedling, or laser treatments, please avoid the following for at least 48 hours before your appointment:
- Blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) — unless medically required
- Alcohol consumption
- Sun exposure on the treatment area
- Active skincare products (retinol, glycolic acid) on the treatment area
For laser hair removal, please shave the treatment area 24 hours before your visit — do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams.
